We charge fees on a per form basis and depending on the complexity of your return. Each taxpayer’s situation is different therefore we can only determine fee amount after we have enough of your info to give you a price.
No, you don’t need to come into our office in order to do your taxes. You are able to drop -off, fax, email, scan, & upload your tax info, so that we’ll be able to complete your return remotely. We have a mobile app that allows you to scan/snap your info to our office. We also have a secure client portal where you can upload and have access to all of your documents and tax returns. We can do returns in all 50 states.
● All income statements (W-2’s, 1099-MISC, 1099-R, P&L statements, etc) ● Copies of Taxpayer’s(spouse also) & dependents DL/ID (green card or passport) ● Copies of Taxpayer’s (spouse also) & dependents SS card ● School & College Forms 1098-T (if claiming college credits) ● 1095-A (Obamacare form) must be presented if you are receiving Obamacare ● Business Expenses: if applicable ● New clients bring prior year tax return (not mandatory but helps us better understand your situation)
Yes we are open year round. During tax season (Jan.1 – April 15th) we are open 7 days days a week.During off season( April 16th – Dec 31st)we’re open 5 days a week (Mon-Fri).
Yes, all offices have Spanish speaking staff/preparers
Yes we offer amendment preparation and we can perform amendments even if you did not file with us the previous year. (We will need a copy if possible of your prior year returns)
Yes we offer Audit assistance service as part of our Tax Preparation fee. We will offer assistance at no additional charge if you have audit assistance protection included in your tax prep fee. For taxpayer who choose to opt out of the program there is a minimum charge of $300 to start the audit assistance process
